Pornhub posted a video of sex on a plastic-polluted beach. The money raised for the demonstration of the video will be donated by the resource to an environmental organization, Reuters reports.
The video shows a couple having sex on one of the dirtiest beaches in the world. At the same time, people in protective suits clean up the trash.
For every view of the video, Pornhub promises to donate to the environmental organization Ocean Polymers, which plans to launch a tanker to collect plastic in the ocean. The vessel will also recycle the collected garbage into fuel for its own use.
“We need to clean the beaches. So if you do not intend to collect trash with your own hands, then at least watch a porn video. This is literally the least that you can do,” the author of the publication notes.
At the University of California, Santa Barbara, scientists at the National Center for Environmental Analysis and Synthesis (NCEAS) have concluded that human activities have caused damage to 60% of the world’s oceans.
